Meyer Lansky was the Mafia’s Accountant in the Commission headed by Charlie Luciano. Lansky’s friend Benjamin Siegel built Las Vegas into a capital of organized crime. Oscar Goodman protected Meyer Lansky’s money. The Commission’s Accountant trusted his investment to Goodman. As defender of the Mafia’s money, Oscar Goodman went on to represent the Commission, Outfit, and Syndicate.
