Yes, I am not surprised. Personally I don't know the politics behind the fines, law, and way the justice system handles these issues surrounding bounty hunters, but I was surprised that Dog was able to establish a business surrounding with such intrigue - and potential violence - so quickly in Colorado. Where is the accountability? If something goes wrong, who is accountable for the responsibility?
